How do I start the floating clock?
Open TickCue and tap the floating clock button below the main time display. The floating clock uses iOS Picture in Picture, so availability may depend on your device and system support.
Why does the floating clock require Picture in Picture?
iOS does not allow normal apps to place arbitrary always-on-top windows over other apps. TickCue uses the system-supported Picture in Picture path to show a floating clock where supported.
How do I restore TickCue Pro?
Open TickCue, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that originally purchased TickCue Pro.
What does network time correction do?
TickCue Pro can estimate a small correction between your device clock and a network time source, then apply that correction to the displayed time. It is intended to improve display confidence, not to replace system time.
Does TickCue collect personal data?
No. TickCue does not use ads, tracking, or analytics SDKs. You can read the full Privacy Policy.
