TickCue is designed to be a private, local-first precision clock. We do not collect, sell, share, or track personal data.
Data Stored on Your Device
TickCue may store settings, cue profiles, display preferences, and practice results on your device so the app can remember your setup. This information stays on your device unless you choose to use iCloud sync through TickCue Pro.
iCloud Sync
If you unlock TickCue Pro and use iCloud sync, settings and cue profiles may be synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple services. We do not operate a separate server for this data and do not access your iCloud content.
In-App Purchases
TickCue Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple may provide purchase status information to the app so Pro features can be unlocked or restored.
Network Time Requests
TickCue Pro may make lightweight network time requests to estimate clock correction. These requests are used only to provide the network time correction feature. We do not store these requests or use them to identify you.
No Advertising or Tracking
TickCue does not use third-party advertising, tracking SDKs, analytics SDKs, or the advertising identifier.
Children's Privacy
TickCue is a general-purpose utility app. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if TickCue's features or privacy practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
